Here you will find information about shipping to all U.S. residential and business addresses in all states, except Hawaii & Alaska.
For APO/FPO addresses, please enter APO/FPO as the city, the correct U.S. state and your APO/FPO ZIP code.
We do not currently offer shipping out of the United States.
We will ship your order from either our distribution center in Los Angeles or directly from vendor.
Purchases are shipped when all items are in stock. Partially in stock purchases will not be shipped until all items are in stock. If you would like your in-stock items shipped immediately, please contact 877.779.4255 for assistance. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Methods of shipping
FedEx is our major carrier for standard shipping. We use a variety of major Freight Delivery carriers for larger items like Furniture that exceed FedEx ground size and weight requirements.
*Special Handling and Oversize charges may apply and are based on total value of your order and the size, shape or weight of the item(s) being purchased. All orders received over $400.00 will be shipped with a signature requested for delivery.
Standard Shipping
Accessories and select Direct Ship furniture will ship via FedEx ground.
Items will be dropped at front door and there are no additional services, such as in-home placement, assembly etc. included.

Free Shipping Eligibility
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on select qualifying orders.
To be eligible for free shipping, items must meet the following criteria:
- The total dimensional size of the package (calculated as Length × Width × Height ÷ 139) must be less than 12.43.
- The total weight of the shipment must be 15lbs or less.
- The circumference of the package must not exceed 60 inches.
- Clearance and final sale items do not qualify for free shipping.
Please note: Oversized, heavy, or non-standard packages, including certain furniture or décor pieces, may be excluded. All eligibility is automatically calculated at checkout.
Unlimited Furniture Delivery From $159
An unlimited number of eligible Furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate per shipping address. White Glove Delivery service is included on all flat rate orders unless noted otherwise on product page. Furniture items travel via freight carriers which may have extended processing and delivery times. Delivery rates are based on the driving distance from a shipping point.

White Glove Deliveries
1.Scheduling and Storage Fees:
Once package arrives at the delivery hub, the White Glove service team will contact you promptly to schedule a delivery appointment. You can schedule the service within 10 days from the time of contact. Your package will be stored free of charge at the hub for 10 days.
If you are unable to receive your package within the free storage period, a storage fee of $20 per day will apply.
You may extend the delivery appointment up to 3 months from the initial contact. However, if the package is not received within this 3-month period, the delivery hub will dispose of your package, and delivery service will no longer be available for the order. Please note that in such cases, your order will not be eligible for a refund.
2.Rescheduling Fee:
If the delivery hub arrives at the agreed-upon time to provide the service and you request to reschedule after the delivery has been dispatched, a rescheduling fee of $135 will be charged for the second service.
Made to Order
Made to order and direct ship purchases are not in stock and will ship in quoted delivery dates.
Combining Made to Order items with merchandise that is in stock on orders will cause a delay in the shipping of the order until all of the items have arrived and are available for shipping
Shipping methods for items temporarily out-of-stock
If items are temporarily out-of-stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email. You will have the choice to keep the order as placed, adjust it to exclude the out of stock item or cancel the order. The total shipping and handling charges will be appropriately adjusted and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note total shipping and handling charges will not increase for split orders of accessory items. Combining in stock and out of stock items in your order will cause a delay in the shipping of your order until all items have arrived.
Freight Forwarding Terms and Conditions
Z Gallerie will gladly deliver your order to your pre-selected freight forwarder – hired or contracted by you – located within the contiguous United States. The delivery fee charged by Z Gallerie only covers the cost to transport your order from our facilities or our affiliates to your freight forwarder. Our delivery fee does not cover any costs associated to transport your order to its final foreign destination (i.e., crating costs, port charges, consular fees, documentation fees, insurance costs, import fees, brokerage fees, etc.) – these are your responsibility.
Z Gallerie will not be listed on the Bill of Lading, or on any export documentation or serve as the Exporter of Record, Beneficiary, Notify Party, and/or the U.S. Principal Party in Interest.
The customer is solely responsible for import taxes, custom duties, fees levied by the destination country, and any other custom clearance charges and fees related to the export of Z Gallerie products, including:

Costs charged by the customer's selected freight forwarder in order to prepare the shipment for the final foreign destination (i.e., crating costs, port charges, consular fees, documentation fees, insurance costs, import/export fees, brokerage fees, etc).
Z Gallerie cannot prepare shipments for international delivery or load international containers at any of our facilities or subsidiaries. As such, the customer's selected freight forwarder is responsible for:

Determining shipment's weights/dimensions and cube, as well as creating commercial documents.

Inspecting products to determine HTS classification, commodity descriptions, and product country of origin.
