Will Z Gallerie stores be reopening?

We’re really excited about our online platform, which has allowed us to reach and stay connected with our loyal consumers and continue to help them turn their homes into works of art. While we’re currently focusing on enhancing our online presence and offerings, reopening physical stores is definitely something we’re considering for the future. We’re constantly evaluating the best ways to serve our customers and enrich their shopping experience. Should we decide to open stores again, we’ll make sure to communicate this exciting news with our community.

Karat Home is a leading manufacturer and retailer dedicated to creating stylish and functional products that enhance comfort and convenience for all. With a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, Karat Home is seeking to revolutionize the home decor experience one product at a time...the purchase of Z Gallerie is yet another step in that direction.

How long has Z Gallerie been in business?

Founded in 1979, as a poster shop in California, Z Gallerie has evolved into a gallery of modern glamour. Throughout the years, we have cultivated an eye for art that has expanded our repertoire into home furnishings. Today, we remain dedicated to bringing you unparalleled style backed by our passion for the artful home.

Can I use my gift card?

We no longer accept gift cards. Last day to redeem gift cards was November 30th, 2023.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can quickly check the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link located at the top of every page on the site.

You will need your registered email address and password to check your order status. When you place an order at ZGallerie.com you will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately that will include your order number and summary.

If you do not have your order number please refer to your e-mail confirmation or send us an email at customerservice@zgallerie.com. We can also be reached toll free at 877.779.4255.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?

Our shipping and handling charges are determined by the dollar amount of your order and the shipping method you select. Certain items, such as Art and Mirrors will have a specific shipping charge attached. No other shipping charges will apply to these items. If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges may be automatically adjusted and charged as the merchandise is shipped. How do I return an item?

If you would like to request a return, please contact our customer service team via Live Chat (located at the bottom right of the page) or Email (customerservice@zgallerie.com). Please provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, reason for return, and any supporting images. 

We gladly accept returns within:
• 30 days of receipt for stock furniture
• 14 days of receipt for non-furniture items

To qualify, simply ensure your items meet these requirements:
✓ In original, unused and resalable condition
✓ With all original packaging and tags
✓ Include proof of purchase (order # or receipt)

Good to know:
• Original shipping fees and White Glove charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds processed after warehouse inspection (typically within 3-7 business days)

Exclusions apply to: custom orders, final sale items, gift cards, and outlet purchases. Orders placed before January 19, 2024 are not subject to refund as per the bankruptcy court decision Case No. 23-19159 . Please review the details here.
